HACKING

Definition:
Usage of third party software, any forms of Hack tools in altering the Game which may/may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players.

In Addition:
1. Gaining benefits from hacker is also considered abusing hacks. Players are warned not to party with any hacker,
or if they find any hacker within their party, report them and leave the party.

2. Players or characters who intentionally aid a hacker or found receiving any form of assistance,
aids or benefits from hackers intentionally will be given the same penalty as hacking.

Offences under hacking include:
-Usage of third party software
-Usage of any form of Hack Tools
-Gaining benefit from hacker
-Assisting hacker




Permanent Ban.

All GM and TwelveSky2. Staffs decisions are final in the game.

MISCONDUCT

Definition:
Misconduct is used generally for any unpleasant behavior that is shown to irritate another person with certain intention.

Offences under misconduct include:
• Cursing/Swearing
• Threatening
• Harassment
• Sexual Harassment
• Text Flooding
• Invite flood
• Camping Low Level players
• Racism/Anti-religion involvement

1st Offence
3days in-game ban
Players will not be able to access the offending TwelveSky2. game account in any way during the ban period.

2nd and subsequence offences if applicable
14-60 days in-game ban
Players will not be able to access the offending TwelveSky2. game account in any way during the ban period.

Note: If the case is serious, the ban will be directly permanent and will not be considered 1st offence.

All GM and TwelveSky2. Staffs decisions are final in the game.

No refunds will be made for any PCash, TCash or items left within.
Appeals will not be entertained.

MONETARY TRADING

Description:
It has come to our attention that the buying and selling of Cash Items and Game Items is taking place in TwelveSky2.
Please kindly note that sale of Cash/Game Items for legal tender is strictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belongs to Playwith.

In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in TwelveSky2. as sellers and buyers will be solely responsible for their actions.
There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fair and will be carried out entirely.

Offences under Monetary Trading include:
-Buy/Sell of Game item with/for monetary
-Buy/Sell of Game currency with/for monetary
-Buy/Sell of TCash with/for Silvers
-Buy/Sell of Game Account

1st Offence:
90-180 days in-game ban
Depend on the severity of the real money trading. Only for cases that GM does not consider serious.

2st Offence:
Permanent Ban
Player will not be able to retrieve any items from the permanent banned game account.

Note: If the case is serious, the ban will be directly permanent and will not be considered 1st offence.

ADVERTISING

Definition:
Any attempt to distribute/promote third-party software (hack tools),
Real money trading or phishing sites and/or any means to increase the publicity of any third-party websites to other players for gains, commercial or otherwise.

Offences under advertising include:
-Any attempt to distribute third party software
-Any attempt to promote RMT / Phishing Sites
-Any attempt to increase publicity of third party website
-Any attempt to distribute third-party software and/or any means to increase the publicity of any third-party websites to other players for gains, commercial or otherwise.

1st Offence:
30-90 days in-game ban
Players will not be able to access the offending TwelveSky2. game account in any way during the ban period.

2nd Offence:
Permanent Ban
Player will not be able to retrieve any items from the permanent banned game account.

All GM and TwelveSky2. Staffs decisions are final in the game.
No refunds will be made for any PCash, TCash or items left within.
Appeals will not be entertained.

FALSE REPORT

Offences under False Report include:
Any report claiming to be scammed, hacked by hacker and found nothing suspicious.

1st Offence
7-30 days in-game ban
Players will not be able to access the offending TwelveSky2. game account in any way during the ban period.

2nd and subsequence offences if applicable
Permanent Ban
Repeat offenders will face Permanent Ban of the offending TwelveSky2. account regardless of any previous account reactivations.

All GM and TwelveSky2. Staffs decisions are final in the game.

No refunds will be made for any PCash, TCash or items left within.
Account sharing is not encouraged and owners of the game account will have to be fully responsible for any actions done with the game account.
Appeals will not be entertained

About Refund policy

Virtual Goods and Virtual Money

Refunding
